Jamie Braithwaite is a strategic leader, consultant, and strengths coach with an Executive MBA and over a decade of entrepreneurial experience. She is the Idaho PTA President (2025–2027), founder of Bee Home Real Estate, and host of the JOYrific Podcast.

Jamie is known for weaving faith, family, and leadership into everything she does. With strengths in Futuristic, Strategic, Achiever, Responsibility, and Communication, she helps others see possibility, design systems that work, and thrive in both business and life.

My Everything

Our family's journey is a vibrant beehive of love, learning, and shared experiences. This is my purpose and my favorite project!

As the queen bee of this bustling hive, my life is a beautiful whirlwind of family, education, and entrepreneurship.

Taco Tuesday: Our kitchen doors are open for Taco Tuesday, a tradition that has become a staple in our family. If you’re interested in joining our community for a night of fun, food, and fellowship, don’t hesitate to reach out for the calendar.

Family Photos: Since 2003, we've captured our family's evolution in annual front step selfie photos capturing our continuing story of growth, change, and togetherness.

Academic Degrees: In 2022, Garth and Jamie Braithwaite graduated together from Quantic School of Business and Technology with Executive Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology. In 2020, Garth Braithwaite, graduated from Harvard Extension School with a Masters of Liberal Arts in Digital Media Design.

JOYrific® Communication Foundation: In 2010, Jamie created JOYrific® communication foundation together with her mom, Joy Lea. A simple approach to complex communication skills. Developing communication foundations to help individuals and teams with effective communication and emotional intelligence.

Celebrating Life's Journey: Life is an unpredictable ride, filled with both triumphs and challenges. We believe in the power of communication, not just in the sunny days but also through the storms. It's through sharing our stories, listening, and understanding that we grow stronger together.
